Students read below:

1. Form will be open 11/16 - 11/26 at midnight. Unfortunately, anything received after this date will not be scored. 
2. You will need to know if they are north, central or south district.
3. Refer to the HOSA guidelines if they have questions about what to upload. 
4. All PDF's need to be one document. Pictures and links to YouTube for videos will be turned into 1 PDF. Please make sure the students make all videos public. 
5. Please see attached as a reference for uploads.
